Roamly ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Provision Bookkeeping LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our family trip planning service at roamlytrips.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you purchase or use Roamly:

• Order information: Your name, email address, and trip details you submit when placing an order.
• Trip content: Itinerary data, packing lists, budget entries, journal entries, photos, and receipts you add to your planner.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials.

We do not require your family members to create accounts. Anyone you share your planner link with can view and contribute without providing personal information to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To set up and deliver your personalized trip planner.
• To send you your planner link and order confirmation by email.
• To notify you before your planner expires (one-time plans).
• To process AI receipt scanning (receipt images are sent to Anthropic's API and not stored by us beyond the scanning request).
• To respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Roamly uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Netlify — hosting and deployment
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI receipt scanning
• Google Maps & Places API — maps and attraction data
• Open-Meteo — weather forecasts
• Cloudinary — photo storage

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Data Retention

Your planner data is retained for the active period of your plan (6 months for one-time plans; for as long as your subscription is active for Pro and Family+ plans). We will notify you by email before your data is removed so you have the opportunity to export it.

5. Data Security

Your planner is accessible via a unique URL. We recommend you share that link only with people you trust. We use HTTPS on all Roamly sites to protect data in transit.

6. Children's Privacy

Roamly is designed for use by adults planning family trips. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children may appear in photos or trip content added by a parent or guardian.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@roamlytrips.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active customers by email of any material changes. Continued use of Roamly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
